How it works

  1. Fill in the formName, company and the size of your fleet.
  2. We get in touchWithin 1 working day, by phone or email.
  3. IntroductionAbout your vehicles, routes and planning.
  4. Your fleet planCalculated per vehicle and discussed together.

What it gets you

  • Insight into your investment

Per vehicle, the total cost over the full term, diesel alongside electric. With sources, assumptions and ranges to support your decision.

  • Grants and conditions explained

AanZET and MIA cannot be combined for the same investment. We check the conditions that apply and also calculate without grants or ERE income.

  • An informed replacement plan

A replacement plan that fits depreciation, lease contracts, delivery times and the zero-emission zones you drive in.

  • A charging plan for your site

We assess chargers and power against your routes, meter data and grid contract. We also consider grid congestion.

What you get

What is a fleet analysis?

A fleet analysis maps out your entire fleet and works out, per vehicle, what diesel and electric cost over the service life. Not with averages, but with your own annual mileage, daily routes, loads and energy prices. That shows which commercial vehicles can already go electric, which are better replaced later and what that means for your cost per kilometre.

What do we calculate?

Per vehicle we compare the total costs: purchase or lease, energy, maintenance, road tax and residual value. We test the range against your longest daily route, include battery degradation over the years and calculate how many charging points and how much power your site needs. Grants and access to zero-emission zones also factor into the replacement order.

Who is it for?

For companies with several vans, rigid trucks or tractor units that want to know where they stand before requesting quotes. Want to work through one vehicle yourself first? Start with the Calculator. For the whole fleet, request a fleet analysis below.

Diesel or electric: assess each vehicle

Lower energy costs only help when operations still work. We compare lifetime costs, cost per km and required investment, alongside daily routes, payload, customer access and charging windows.

A replacement plan with clear assumptions

See which vehicles can switch now and which should follow later. We show what changes with different energy prices, lower residual values or no grant. The results provide a basis for quotes and investment decisions.

Frequently asked questions about fleet analysis and fleet advice

Is a fleet analysis the same as fleet advice?

Almost. The fleet analysis is the calculation itself: per vehicle we set out costs, range, charging and replacement timing. The fleet advice is the plan that follows from it, with a replacement order and concrete steps. We deliver both in one engagement. A fleet analysis is also called a vehicle fleet analysis.

What data do you need for a fleet analysis?

Your current vehicles, your annual mileage and daily routes, your energy and diesel prices and your charging locations. If you do not have everything to hand, we work with assumptions that we test together in the introductory meeting.

What does a fleet analysis cost?

That depends on the number of vehicles and locations we work through. The introductory meeting is without obligation; after that you hear in advance what the analysis costs, before we start.

Which vehicles is a fleet analysis suitable for?

For vans, rigid trucks, tractor units and buses, from a few vehicles to a complete fleet. Even if part of your fleet keeps running on diesel for now, the analysis shows where electric already pays off and where it does not yet.
